California Hill house

A fantastic organization of spaces

Face Deconstruction

Another montage based on progression of time.  The images that follow are the deconstruction of the resulting face into abstraction.

Carbon Fiber Truss Frame

This amazing innovation won't come cheap!  This beauty will set you back $11,995 ($6,995 for the frame alone) and for good reason.  This 2.7 lb frame consists 1,672 ft of single carbon fiber strands that take about 300 hrs to weave together.  They are then baked at 255˚ for 4 hrs.  The claim is that this ultra-light frame that uses a fragment of the material bend and twist less than their solid beginnings.

Progression of Time

Currently I am attending Wentworth's grad program so one of the things I will be doing with this blog is posting current and past work.  This is a montage I recently completed that was meant to express "Progression of Time"  It was created by cropping together numerous landscapes into a single fictional site.   Hope you like!

Humble beginnings

Hello everybody and welcome to my very first blog.  My hopes are that this will become more of a forum, dedicated to anything and everything that inspires design, rather than a simple blog dictated by me.  My own personal background is in architecture, so this will be my own dominating contribution but I encourage others to break that mold.  In addition to inspiring buildings, drawings, and ideas, I will also be posting past and present personal work for feedback, praise, and/or criticism.  I hope you all enjoy it!
